1978: Because much software written for the COSMAC ELF made use of ELF-specific I/O, I wire-wrapped an adapter for one of the VIP's two board slots, providing ELF-compatible I/O to the VIP. This included eight toggle switches, a push button, four TIL-311 hex digits for address display, and two TIL-311 hex digits for data. I wrote it up as an article for the 10/79 Creative Computing.
